collects rainwater and stores it for later use. The complex also has a waste man-
agement system in place, which separates and recycles waste materials. These
features help to reduce the environmental impact of the complex.
Benefits: The sustainable solutions implemented in the shopping complex have
resulted in a significant reduction in its environmental impact. The use of natural
light and ventilation, and rainwater harvesting system have also helped to reduce
the operating costs of the complex. Additionally, the complex provides a comfort-
able and enjoyable shopping experience for visitors.
