3. Detail Procedure Installation Grounding Rod

3.1. Preparation
3.1.1 Check document technical spesification grounding rod that be installed.
3.1.2 Check instruction drawing detail type installation,material acsessories grounding rod
that be installed.
3.1.3 Check actual location grounding that be installed reference bu IFC drawing.
3.2 Instalation
3.2.1 Mark position grounding rod location.
3.2.2 Plug it in grounding rod at location installation by hammer until suitable with
drawing instruction type.
3.2.3 Install rebar cage around sides of base and across cover if necessary
3.2.4 Bedding sand fill
3.3 Testing
3.3.1 Check earth tester and make sure that earth tester ready to use
3.3.2 Measure the grounding rod use earth tester accordance manual guide instruction
3.3.3 Notes the result of measure resistance

4. Detail Procedure Installation Grounding Wire

4.1. Preparation
3.1.1 Check actual location grounding wire that be installed reference bu IFC drawing.
3.1.2 Measurement the actual location , for find out the ground wire needly.
3.1.3 Note actual length of grounding wire.
3.2 Instalation
3.2.1 Cutting grounding wire accordance the actual length.
3.2.2 Excavate land if needly.
3.2.2 Laying ground wire accordance drawing “electrical grounding plan layout”.
3.2.3 Laying ground wire entered in conduit pipe if needed.
3.2.4 Bedding sand fill.
3.2.5 Install mold cable join if needed.
3.2.6 Install cable lug at each end of ground wire.
3.2.7 Tightly cable lug that has been crimpping on earthing bar.
3.3 Testing
3.3.1 Check looping continuity the ground wire use avometer

4. Detail Procedure Installation Earthing Busbar

4.1. Preparation
4.1.1 Check actual location earthing busbar that be installed reference by IFC drawing.
4.1.2 Check instruction drawing detail type installation,material acsessories earthing
busbar that be installed.
4.2 Installation
4.2.1 Install the earthing busbar at embedded plate.
4.2.2 Tightly the earthing busbar at fix position.
