It will be conducted in offline mode only. The presentation with viva/demo must be completed within 30 minutes for each roup (20 mins presentation + 10 mins viva/demo). In each exam panel, a project guide is also kept as per the UG guideline of the institute. However, guide will not evaluate their project group. Moreover, examiners are requested ta submit a hard copy of Extemal Marksheet to respective Lab Assistant immediately after completion of exam. Additionally, guides are requested to submit a hard copy of Internal Marksheet to Yesha Patel on or before 7 Dec 2023 Mr. Ghanshyam Katva is hereby informed to keep all LCD projectors and Computers in working conditions at all locations of Project exam. Further, Mr. Manoj Reshamwala is appointed to collect hard copies of project reports duly signed by guide and examiners for departmental stamp and HOD's sign. He is also informed to instruct for maintaining cleanliness of all rooms. Further, he will also look after recurring expenses for refreshments during project exam. Each Project Group has to submit a copy of Project Report to their Guide/Co-guide on or before 20 Noy., 2023 for correction purposes. Then after, each Project Group is instructed to submit soft copy of Project Report in .pdf format to respective jury members through mail on or before 4"* Dec., 2023, 5 PM. 5. Each group is instructed to bring Two Stapled hard copies (Iwo Sided print) of projectreport during exam, eer 6. Procedure to be followed after completion of project exam: * Ifcorrections are given by jury members during project exam, then those corrections are required to incorporate in the project report. Guide will verify all corrections and then Jury members signed the certificates © No of Project report to be printed: © Guide Copy (+ Co-guide copy if any) 0 Department Library Copy © Individual Student's Copy © The certificates paper must be white royal executive bond 85 gsm paper of Ad size ONLY. * The final project report should be Sky Blue Coloured Soft bound hard copy. (Sample Photo of the soft bound report will be shared in the Student’s group) © For the signature of HOD and necessary stamping, you need to submit those copies to DECE, Office. * © After all signatures (ie., jury members, HOD, department stamp), you are required fo ‘submit one copy to guide (One copy to Co-Guide, if any) and one copy to the department Library for record purpose.
