As Senior Medical Imaging Technologist and sonographer
responsibilities include:

To autonomously perform ultrasound scanning duties. Produce and interpret high-quality images to diagnose and confirm normality and
abnormality, injuries and diseases.

To Perform obstetric, gynaecological, abdominal, and small parts Ultrasound examinations as well as the variety of sub-specialties
including MSK and paediatrics. Perform dating scans and detailed obstetric scan to look for fetal anomalies.
Also monitor and assess high- risk pregnancies, using Doppler when appropriate.
To be able to confirm the intrauterine death.

To generate quality ultrasound reports independently ensuring compliance with imaging protocols, and in accordance with the scheme of
work and departmental protocols.

To be able to make decisions following assessment and refer to Consultant or take appropriate action when required.

To manage ultrasound lists and priorities. Be able to interpret clinicians requirements, to recognise the urgency of ultrasound requests,
prioritise requests.

To be able to make clinical judgements and critical decisions of the highest order, using skills and professional experience.

To be able to deal patients with good no supervision and mentorship to students undertaking Sonography accreditation.

To remain up-to-date with current trends in medical ultrasound. Also

Willing to undergo further training according to the needs of post continuing professional development (CPD).

To take part in administrative planning for the implementation of new services and strategies to enhance patients care.

To adapt organizational and problem-solving skills with patients and service focused approach and strong clinical decision making skills to

During the aforementioned period job responsibilities as sonographer were:

To Perform ultrasound scans independently, and produce high-quality images.

To Interpret the images and prepare the reports under the supervison of consultant radiologist where consultation and supervision of
radiologist is required.

To be responsible for preparing the patient for the examination and selecting the appropriate equipment to conduct the scan. Must be able
and willing to assist the Radiologist in radiological procedures e.g, biopsies.

To obtain and record the patient information, history, and prior test results of physical examinations.

To liaise with other departments and clinicians within the organization on any aspect relevant to patient care and imaging examinations

I am dedicated and always strive to perform procedures with the highest ethical standards and core patient care principle ensuring
compliance with the imaging protocols as well as department scheme of work in order to help patient cope up with the discomfort and
anxiety.
During my job history I have been part of administrative realm and have attended the meetings, where all plans to improve patient care
were discussed and debated each week. Accordingly, patient care protocols were introduced by hive mind of experts from all
departments.
Being part of dedicated Research department I introduced integrated care pathways, which are effective in improving communication with
patients,ensuring that patients receive safe and relevant interventions or assessments. Moreover, I am also willing to take training
continuing professional development.
During my professional experience I ensured the maintaining of patients record with confidentiality as radiology department deals with the
procedure and reports. As Patient confidentiality is one of the cornerstones of an ethical and effective healthcare system.

As team worker I always believe in supporting junior to build up their skills that substantially intensify efforts of organization to improve
patients' experience of care. I deliberately take the duty that workers are properly looked after, and that they look after one another in
regular peer review.

Having adaptable behavior for the welfare of human beings, I can play also additional role in organization if it's desireable to
