WEIGHT LOSE

1. Morning Time: 6 AM
 After brush take Aloe plus tablet (Chewing).
 1 tea spoon Afresh with one cup of hot water.
 You need to work out for 30 Minutes.
2. Breakfast Time: 8:30 AM
 CELL ACTIVATOR & CELL-U-LOSS (2 tablet each) Before Breakfast
 Take 250-300 ml water and add 3 spoons Formula 1 + 1 spoon Shakemate +
1 spoon Protein Powder (as per guidance).
 After Breakfast, within 1 Hour complete your 1 Litter water of your diet plan.
(It will be good if you add 2 spoons afresh with 1 litter of normal water
bottle).
 Mutli - Vitamin (2 tablet ) After Breakfast.
3. Mid Breakfast Time: 11 AM to 11:30 AM
 Fruit Salad:
o Salad: - Cucumber, Carrot, Chilly, Chana, Onion, Tomato, Lemon.
o Fruit: - Guava, Water Melon, Papayas, Any seasonal Fruits.
4. After Bath: 12 AM
1 Aloe Plus tablet (Chewing)
5. Lunch Time: 12:30 PM
1 Cup Rice, Salad, Daal with Vegetables (Must) + Fish/Chicken/Egg (without Yellow
part) + Vegetable Curry.
 Avoid Curry Gravy.
 Potatoes, Fried elements, sweets need to be avoid.
 Don’t sleep in the Afternoon.

Mutli - Vitamin (2 tablet) After Lunch

6. Afternoon Time: 5 PM to 6 PM
Afresh with Hot Water and Chana.
7. Evening Time: 7 PM
 Big Chana with Cucumber, Spouts, boiled Chana, Oats.
 Chicken Soup/ Vegetables Soup, Boiled Egg (Without yellow Part).
8. Dinner Time: 8:30 PM
 Normal Dinner (Rooti and Vegetables Curry) with salad.

Take 250-300 ml water and add 3 spoons Formula 1 + 1 spoon Shakemate + 1 spoon
Protein Powder (as per guidance).

Mutli - Vitamin (2 tablet) After Dinner.

 Water: 5 Litters
