CERTIFICATION

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that per validation on site and gathering of pertinent

documents, it was found out that the GENERAL OFFSET PRESS INC. is the
real/registered owner of the improvement/structure as evidenced by Tax Declaration No. D-
009-41680. Said improvement/structure is built on Lot No. 4 registered in the name of
JAL-AP, INC. per TCT No. RT-98866 (329437).

This is to further certify that in the absence of the tax declaration or any proof of
ownership for the improvement/structure, we requested the obligation for the payment of
the said improvement/structure in the amount of ₱ 1,628,652.30 in favor of JAL-AP,
INC. based on the Replacement Cost Computation supported by the parcellary plan,
transfer certificate of title and tax declaration of the land and was issued ORS No.
021011512022-03-000331 dated March 08, 2022 with Payee JAL-AP, INC.

This Certification is being issued relative to the payment of compensation for the said
improvements affected by the Right-of-Way for Pasig-Marikina River Channel
Improvement Project (PMRCIP), Phase IV, JICA Loan Ph-271.

Done this 5th day of October 2023 at Rosario, Pasig City, Metro Manila.
