Dear Investors,

1. This communication is issued with regards to the captioned subject matter, in reference to clause 8.4 of
the SSHA.
2. The Company, from the Effective Date has received investments and is in the process of receiving
investment from multiple individual investors by issuing compulsorily convertible debentures
(“Transaction”).
3. We hereby request you to waive the pre-emptive right to subscribe to additional securities in terms of
Clause 8.4 of the SHA from the Effective Date and for a period of 1(year) year from this communication, in
order to enable the Company to undertake the Transactions.
4. The capitalised words used but not defined herein will have the meaning as ascribed to them in the SSHA.
Clause 1 of the SSHA containing definitions and interpretations shall be deemed to be incorporated in this
Letter by way of reference.
The above statement correctly reflects our understanding with respect to the foregoing matters.

You are requested to confirm your acceptance and acknowledgement to the same, within Two weeks of
receiving this communication. In the event we do not receive any communication from your end, the same
shall be deemed as your acceptance on the subject matter.
