 Dear authors,

The textual similarity in the manuscript to the previously published text is 41% which is considerably high. Please rewrite th
introduction, methods, results and discussion and check for plagiarism prior to submission. Other changes to be addressed
listed out below.

 General comments

1. Kindly include statistical analysis under ‘methods’ in the abstract.

2. Kindly arrange the keywords in alphabetical order.
3. Kindly refer to journal guidelines for FIRST PAGE format.
4. Please remove the abstract from the first-page file and include it in the main manuscript file before the text.
5. Numerals at the beginning of the sentence should be spelled out in the abstract and manuscript separately.
6. Kindly check the manuscript for grammatical errors & spelling mistakes– the tense used must be uniform througho
Singular and plural have been used incorrectly.
7. Please provide manufacturer details for all products/ equipment used.
8. Kindly write et al. in italics in the manuscript file.
9. Tables should be placed at the end of the text after references.
10. Tables, Figures, and Graphs need to be cited at the appropriate place in the text.
11. Kindly follow the author's instructions for referencing in the bibliography list.
12. Abbreviations such as ‘&’ are not allowed in the manuscript – please replace them with ‘and’.

 Tables & Figures

1. Tables should be placed at the end of the text after references, not in between the text.
2. Tables need to be prepared using the ‘insert table’ command in Word – not as an image/ screenshot.
3. Kindly remove shading from cells in the tables.
4. Kindly remove raw data from the tables.
5. Only Figures and graphs need to be uploaded as JPEG images individually under the file type ”Figure” – kindly d
include them in the manuscript (Word) file.
6. Figure and graph legends should be given at the end of the text after references in the Word file itself. Please do n
figure legends beneath the figure (JPEG) itself.
