Grievance description

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the significant delay in receiving my pension,
specifically my type of pension, which I am entitled to. I took voluntary retirement in January 2020, and it has
been three years since that time. Regrettably, I have not received my pension as of now. When I inquired about
the status of my pension, I was informed that my file had been misplaced, and the necessary paperwork had
not reached your office. In response to this, I took immediate action to rectify the situation. I ensured that all
required documents were accurately attested by AGM Prabhadevi Dadar, as per your stipulated requirements.
Despite my efforts in resending the documents and addressing the issues, I am still experiencing an
unjustifiable delay in receiving my pension. Furthermore, I have been encountering difficulties in attempting to
contact the relevant authorities regarding my pension status.In my pursuit to address this matter, I also filed a
formal grievance through the UMANG application, with grievance number Add Grievance Number, as per the
guidance provided. However, I was instructed to submit my PF number and an acknowledgment of the claim. I
wish to clarify that I have not received any such document, SMS, or email that I can provide as
acknowledgment. Additionally, my attempts to upload the necessary documents to the grievance platform were
hindered by document size restrictions. I am writing to request your assistance in clarifying the specific
requirements for the acknowledgment of the claim and any guidance on how to fulfill this requirement. I am
eager to resolve this matter and ensure the timely release of my pension. Please guide me on the next steps I
should take and how I can escalate this issue to expedite the processing of my pension. Your prompt attention
and assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I eagerly await your response and resolution to this
pressing concern.
