AKNOWLDEGEMENT

The aim of this study was attained through the help and guidance of the
following people who have extended their time, support and encouragements to
make this study possible.

Now more than ever, the researchers would want to express their gratitude
and give thanks to Heavenly Father for being the source of their talent, for giving
them patience, strength, wisdom, and courage that enabled us to conduct this study.

To their devoted families, who have shown them so much love and care, are
always there to offer support when things have been challenging and have been for
them since the study’s formation.

To Dr. Willard N. Riveral and Dr. Sillmark T. Bacason, their clinical

instructors/advisors, for all the patience, advice and undying support and kindness.
Their mere guidance enabled them to produce the best result.

To Dr. Sandra Angelica F. Chiong and Sir Nestor T. Ibañez for giving them
the opportunity to be exposed in the clinical settings for their On-The-Job Training at
OSPA - Farmers Medical Center.

To their patient and their significant others for their cooperation and
preparedness to take part in this study. For providing them with essential details
regarding this study and made their doors available to them.

Last but not least, they would like to express our sincere appreciation to their
anonymous colleagues for their encouragement and role as inspiration which helped
them believe in their capacity.
DEDICATION

We would like to give our Heavenly Father this product of our labor. Father,
our All-Powerful God, without him our case would be impossible to prove.

To our parents, friends, and our fellow nursing students, we dedicate this to
everyone who has a passion for this profession. Additionally, we provide this to those
that work diligently to set the quality standard for the advancement of the most
honorable profession on earth - the field of Nursing.
