OK then, the ezine is now a monthly publication After thinking long and hard about making this change, | decided that it would be for the best as with the ezine being a bi-monthly publication, at times, some of the news and images were old news by the time the next publication was published. So hopefully, by publishing the ezine monthly, it will be much more up to date. Well that is the plan at least. Issue 04 reached a little over 11,000 views in it's first hour of being published, something | still am amazed at. That issue was published on the 9th of April, and as | write this on the 31st of May, issue 04 has recieved over 230,000 views world wide. All of this is because of the great members of the ezines Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Flickr groups. Without you all, this ezine would never have got off the ground. For this, | thank you all. | am still looking for a company to advertise in return for a monthly prize for a competiton, so if there are any companies reading this that would like to exchange a full double page advert in this ever growing ezine, for a monthly prize, please Readers Astro Kit Wh? 5 16 cece Astronomical Image Proce: with GIMP get in touch with me at amateurastrophotography@yahoo.co.uk | would really like to offer the people who submit their work to me for the ezine to have something back in return. lam also trying hard to organise an AA CAMP weekend, sometime in late August early Septem- ber here in the mountains of Herefordshire. | have attended several other astro camping weekends in the UK over the past two years, but none seem to beat the night skies | have here in my own front garden. With almost no light pollution (near- Northern Hemisphere DSO est town or lit up area being over 20 miles away). lam lucky enough to have some of the darkest skies right here on my doorstep and as | am surr- ounded by fields, | am sure to arrange something within the next few weeks, so stay tuned Please be sure to drop by our Social Media Groups.
