    Step 1: Choose a Centralized Location


    Use your current project management space or find a new one that works for web design
    projects. My recommendations will be Notion or ClickUp.

    Step 2: Organize
    Layout everything you use in your projects, such as: project overview, a project management
    task board, design inspiration, design and client assets.

    Step 3: Create a Template


    This makes setting up projects repeatable and consistent.
