Dear Parents

Annual Examination (Theory paper) is scheduled to commence for students of grade 11 from
Tuesday, 7 March 2023. The practical/project assessment will be conducted from 28 February
2023 to 3 March 2023. Regular school timings (8:30 am to 2:45 pm) will be followed on the days of
Theory and Practical exam. Students must bring the books relating to the exam on that
particular day and books for the subsequent exam too. As usual, snacks and lunch should be
brought to school.

The date sheet (pages 1 to 6) with portions is given below and study holidays are marked.
Revision is being done in school. We request parents to help their wards prepare in earnest for the
upcoming exam.

The last working day for the academic session 2022-2023 will be Friday, 17 March 2023. The
new academic session will commence from Monday, 27 March 2023 (with regular working
hours till 4:30pm). The date for books and uniform distribution will be be intimated to you by mid
March.

Note: As our school is a centre for board exams, Friday, 24 February 2023 and Monday, 27
February 2023 will be a holiday.
