Task1: A discussion of project findings.

Introduction: Sustainable development is a way of thinking that plans to accomplish

human advancement objectives while at the same time ensuring regular frameworks'
capacity to give normal assets and biological system administrations. The Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs) are a global strategy to end poverty, safeguard the
environment, and ensure everyone's prosperity. SDGs are the universal plan for all
countries to end poverty. It was created as a plan to achieve for this planet and has been
adopted by all countries and published in 2015 to progress towards Agenda
2030. (FESPA, 2021). It is interlinked with 17 different global goals to achieve a blueprint
for a better sustainable future by 2030. Out of 17, we investigated "Education of the
highest quality." A good education focuses on the whole child—each student's social,
emotional, and academic needs emotional, mental, physical, and cognitive development.
It has a slogan, "Child for life, not for testing. It is the key to success and opens up a world
of possibilities for everyone of us, allowing us to contribute positively to a growing and
healthy society. (UN, 2016).

We went over all 17 global goals and discussed and Choosed "Quality Education"
because all of the group members were familiar with that goal. We are going through
these goals because education helps in the eradication of inequity and achievement of
gender equality. It also encourages individuals all around the world to adopt healthier and
more environmentally friendly lifestyles. Education is also critical for fostering intercultural
tolerance and promoting a more peaceful community. Education expands the horizons of
children and makes them independent and accountable citizens in the future and make
them self-reliant. It is also known as the foundation of a quality life. Quality education
improves the academic performance of students. It will increase their motivation to learn
and study, allowing them to do better in the future. Yes, education does help to minimize
inequity. Using statistics from 114 nations, in 2030, 444 million children aged 3 to 15 will
be educated, which is 2.6 times the current number. So, this is the crucial point: we have
chosen goals. So we have selected target number 4.a I.e (BUILD AND UPGRADE
INCLUSIVE AND SAFE SCHOOLS). To make education strong, we need to make the
environment of different educational fields effective and non-violent. To build education
strong, this mission should be achieved, i.e. In order to define a mission, every school
must reach consensus among its many stakeholders. To improve alignment throughout
the school's priorities and initiatives, this mission must be shared and promoted broadly
and frequently reviewed and developed (Schaffhauser, 2019). In order to improve the
educational sector's effectiveness, schools' environments must be safe. To increase the
number and proportion of facilities devoted to children, gender equality, and disabilities,
it is necessary to provide educational facilities. Best practices in social and emotional
learning, as well as improving school atmosphere, must be incorporated into academic
content and instruction. If these instructions and mission are followed, this goal will be
met and a quality education environment will be effective.

So, in order to improve Quality Education, our team has considered ideas for
modifications that will help us make the educational profession smarter. According to
statistics, nearly 40% of young people never go to class because of destitution and
poverty (HEADNEPAL, 2020). Some of the ideas for change in quality education that we
have highlighted are: First and foremost, a highly competent lecturer with experience in
science and innovation should be present. To implement educational fields in all sectors,
a proper educational campaign should be organized so that everyone has a good
understanding of what excellent education entails. Make interdependence and
connectivity the driving force behind all learning–digital, physical, human, ecological,
political, and so on. The most important thing is to eliminate corruption and political
concerns in order to strengthen the system.

Quite possibly the best ways for an instructor to build the idea of teaching in an
investigation lobby is to encourage understudies to become dynamic understudies rather
than detached spectators. Dynamic learning is best portrayed as a learning cycle in which
understudies attract with the material, check out class, and work along with one another.
Student learning outcomes (SLO) is an effective and improvement in the education. SLO
is based on their visions, objectives, institutional goals, or outcomes, it identifies the
characteristics of their ideal graduates (Creatix, n.d.). If new technologies and a digital
classroom are available, the effectiveness of education will be enhanced. Allow students
to decide what they do and don’t want to learn so it will help in their future planning . I
think if free campaigning education were provided to needy people, they would be
educated. Hence, they would be accountable citizens in the future.
Task2: A reflection on my own performance and participation in the project.

I was given the opportunity to be a "Lead Researcher" in the project's group work. So, my
duty in this project is to conduct research and collect data from various sources, which I
will present at the meeting. I used to explain the task to the Secretary General and keep
track of the weekly diary as a leader. Work as a lead researcher was difficult, but I
managed to make my task enjoyable.

In their own eyes, everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Similarly, I have my own set
of strengths and weaknesses. Speaking of my strengths, the first is honesty, which is
necessary in every area, including business, and if we can demonstrate our honesty, it
will be beneficial. Leadership, trustworthiness, and energetic are some of my personal
characteristics. My strength aids me in completing my task in this group project because
I was the team's main researcher, therefore I formally led my team. My weaknesses
include public speaking, delegation, and self-criticism, among others. I'm quite scared
and bashful while dealing with work in public, thus I can't drive myself to talk in public.

I was the lead researcher on this group project, I was given the opportunity to head the
team as a researcher. This project taught me that if all members of a group are
cooperative and kind, then easily we can achieve the goal.

If I have a chance in the next group project, I'll have the chance to lead as a team. In next
project we will work together to make superior job and to combat the other groups, we
shall devise a strategy or method.

Conclusion: In conclusion, any case teamwork is the greatest method to address the
problem. If they have good thinking, leadership, managing the team and good listener
then there will be no problems with the work. Finally, I'd want to say that in this project, I
got to experience teamwork, and in the next project, we'll work even harder.
