Express your opinion on the following: “If you violate Nature’s laws you are your own

prosecuting attorney, judge, jury and hangman.” Use relevant arguments and examples to
support your ideas.

It is a well known fact that Nature’s laws are a set of universal moral standards based on a
close observation of human nature ,that are inherent in humankind throughout all time. It is
considerated that they should form the basis of a just society.

First of all, there is no doubt that the laws of nature, cannot be violated. The term “law of
nature” is reserved for those scientific principles that apply under all circumstances and for
all times. For example, Einstein’s discovery, in the context of his special theory of relativity,
that the speed of light is the limiting velocity for the propagation of matter and information, is
upheld without exception throughout the universe. Therefore when we refer to “violations of
natural law,” we mean actions that not only fail to take maximum advantage of the laws of
nature, but where the functioning of natural law results in negative consequences for the
individual, such as smoking cigarettes. A bad habit which affects the human body by
inducing carcinogenic compounds and causing numerous disease which causes DNA
mutation and problems to the immune system. As a result we should be careful about actions
related to the laws of nature because of their unpleasant concequences.
In conclusion, i agree with the statement above, we are the ones responable for our actions,
and nobody is better than us to judge ourselves. We are our own prosecuting attorney, judge,
jury and hangman, thus if anything bad happends is only our fault.
