Be eee City of Cebu Barangay MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF BARANGAY COUNCIL OF THE BARANGAY HALL ON Present: Absent: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ENROLLMENT TO LANDBANK’s INSTITUTIONAL INTERNET BANKING “we-Access”, Whereas Landbank has an online banking facility offered to private and goverment institutional account; Whereas this facility provides convenience in banking transactions with its various functionalities such as account viewing, downloading of bank statements, bills payment, ACIC forwarding and remittances among others; Whereas the Barangay would benefit from the functionalities of the we-Access to speed up their bank transactions; NOW THEREFORE, on mass motion of all members present and duly seconded, it was RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED to apply for the enrollment of Barangay to the LANDBANK ‘we-Access’ facility; : : FURTHER RESOLVED to authorize Barangay Captain and Barangay Treasurer to do the following: Execute/sign all document necessary to enroll to LBP’s we-Access; Designate and authorize personnel to act as “maker” and as ‘authorizer’ for the Barangay’s access to LBP we-Access facility; C eet To make amendments such as deletion or addition of enrolled deposit accounts either as source accounts or destination accounts; fi To make amendments to the access rights of the we-Access modules, authorization rules or any information on the original or succeeding enroliments. RESOLVED FURTHER that this resolution remains valid and subsisting and any amendments or revocation shall only take effect upon receipt by the bank of a duly approved resolution containing such amendment or revocation. RESOLVED finally to furnish a copy of this resolution to LANDBANK and to all other concerned parties for their information/appropriate action.
