This is Mandatory Requirement; you are to provide and submit this Requirement with your Devised Report Rev. B. (e) In accordance to the Contract Requirements of Specification Sub-Clause E 3.3.36 regarding Three Phase Generator with Auto Transfer Switch (ATS). There is no Functional Test Report, Standard Routine Test Report, Certficate as well as Warranty Statement of the ATS found in your submitted Devised Report Rev. B. This is Mandatory Requirement; you are to provide and submit all these Requirements with your Devised Report Rev. B. (A) Inreference to our letter ref. (xvili) above, your Final Official Confirmation is still outstanding since No response and/or confirmation received by the Engineer regarding Notification of Cross World Power Ltd., Dhaka as the Authorised Distributor/Dealer for Diesel Generator 1000kVA for Iconic Building of Cox's Bazar Station including Other Stations and Buildings for its smooth and proper Delivery, Installation, Training, Operational Maintenance, Service Works and Other Required Services in accordance to the Contract Requirements. This is Mandatory Requirement; you are to provide and submit your Official Confirmation on these Requirements with your Devised Report Rev.
