Saturday’s Cooking instructions

Main course
Pre-heat your oven at 180C, add your main course & vegetables roasting
bags in a tray and place in the oven for 35-40 minute.

Starter
Open your starter box, serve in your fish of choice & drizzle with the
herb infused oil

Rice
Add the 150g of Fragrant basmati rice ( it’s already seasoned )
Add 270ml of water and bring to boil, once it starts boiling
Cover it & turn heat down to 1, cook it for 14 minutes, leave aside for
further 3 minutes covered just to let the rice puff.

Vegetable Side
Add them in a small pot & bring it up to boil for 6-7 minutes, make sure
it’s very hot.

Dessert
Open the jar and enjoy your dessert.

Friday’s Cooking instructions


Pre-heat oven at 180C

Main course
Heat up the curry sauce and when it’s starts boiling add the marinated
monkfish pieces, and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Rice
Add the 150g of Asian infused rice ( it’s already seasoned )
Add 270ml of water and bring to boil, once it starts boiling
Cover it & turn heat down to 1, cook it for 14 minutes, leave aside for
further 3 minutes covered just to let the rice puff.

Vegetable Side
While your food is cooking, place the bag in a tray and add it in your
oven. For 8-9 minutes.

Starter
Open your salad and drizzle it with your herb oil.

Dessert
Open your jar and enjoy it.

Sunday cooking instructions


Pre-heat oven 180C
Main course
Place your veg bag in a tray in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
After 10 minutes, place your marinated meat bag in a tray in the oven for
22-25 minutes for medium, 30-35 for well done.

Starter
Add the starter bag in a tray in the oven for 10-12 minutes in pre-heated
oven, serve on your fish of choice with pineapple relish and enjoy.

Add the 150g of Asian infused rice ( it’s already seasoned )
Add 270ml of water and bring to boil, once it starts boiling
Cover it & turn heat down to 1, cook it for 14 minutes, leave aside for
further 3 minutes covered just to let the rice puff.

Dessert
For the apple pie you will need to place it in a pre-heated oven for 15
minutes, and heat up the custard while stirring in a small pot.
