Shrink films are widely used for collating or bundling together multiple items for retail and distribution

Important properties for shrink films are:

Traditionally, collation shrink films have been produced on monolayer lines using LDPE as the major component,
with LLDPE or HDPE blended in as a minor component to provide more resistance to hole formation.
