WE THE UNDERSIGNED, Electors for President and Vice President ofthe United States ofAmerica
for the respective terms beginning at noon on the twentieth day of January, two thousand twenty one,
being Electors duly and legally appointed and qualified by and for the State of Nevada, as appears by
the annexed Certificate of Ascertainment, having met and convened, agreeably to the provision oflaw,
in said state of Nevada at eight thirty a.m. on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in
December of the year two thousand twenty one, being the fourteenth day of said month;

DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that being so assembled and duly organized, we proceeded to vote
by ballot, and balloted first for President and then Vice President, so cast as aforesaid:

JOSEPH R. BIDEN received six (6) votes KAMALA D. HARRIS received six (6) votes

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands, on the third Monday of
December, two thousand twenty, being the fourteenth day of said month, and the first Monday after
the second Wednesday therein.
