MODEL RELEASE
The undersigned, Alexandra Flentje (hereinafter referred to as the “Model”), of my own free will and
without charge, hereby authorize and grant Multimagen Digital del Caribe, S.A. de C.V. and/or El
Instante Photographers and/or Ateliers De Hoteles, S.A. de C.V. and/or Guc Hoteles, S.A. de C.V.
(hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Photographer/Videographer”) full authorization, consent and license
in accordance with the Federal Copyright Protection Law (of Mexico), to use the selection of photographs
and/or videos containing my image taken during the session held on (date) December the 30th 2022 for
legal business purposes including, but not limited to: reproduction on any type of articles, commercial
promotions, advertising, copyright purposes, illustration, marketing, advertisements, packaging of any
product or service,whether the content is printed, electronic or of any other type performed both
domestically or abroad by the Photographer/Videographer, for a period of time they consider suitable but
only on condition that such use is legal pursuant to articles 86,87 and87[sic] of the Federal Copyright
Protection Law [of Mexico].
Furthermore, I also expressly authorize and consent that the images may be combined with other images,
texts and graphics, cropped, resized, altered and/or modified, at the Photographer/ Videographer’s entire
discretion without need of any prior inspection or approval on my part.
I understand that no royalties or other form of compensation will be paid to me as the Model for the use of
such images and/or videos.
I hereby release Multimagen Digital del Caribe, S.A. de C.V., their partners, shareholders, employees,
officers, agents or assignees, holding companies, affiliates or subsidiaries or other entities financially related
to Multimagen Digital del Caribe, S.A. de C.V. and/or El Instante Photographers and/or Ateliers De Hoteles,
S.A. de C.V. and/or Guc Hoteles, S.A. de C.V. from all liability, and agree not to pursue any claims for
liability, injury or loss in relation to the use of these images, including without limit whatsoever, any claim for
invasion of privacy or other violation of any personal or proprietary rights to which I may be entitled.
I understand that I can revoke this authorization at any time by providing Photographer/ Videographer with
a written notice; and I further understand that such revocation does not affect any action carried out before
said written notice was received. The images shall always be stored at a secure location and only affiliated
authorized personnel shall have access to them.
