    Dear Sir Delino,


    I, Amelyn Kris P. Salinas mother of Kirt Nathan P. Salinas, currently enrolled on Grade 12 –
    Faraday. In behalf of my son. We would like to seek permission to park inside the school
    premises. As my son is facing challenges in finding a parking space near the school in a daily
    basis.
    As I’m aware of the possible consequences that he may encounter and I free the school from
    any liabilities that may occur.
    Here are some details that you might need:
    License number: N23-23-012921
    Expiry: August 19, 2027
    Vehicle details:
    Honda Click 150i / Motorcycle plate no.: 130307 (registered)
    Ford Fiesta / Car plate no.: WXO294 (registered) / Car will only will be used on Rainy days
    We will also attach a copy of his license and car registration together with this request.
