They will draw pay in Level-7 of Pay Matrix plus other allowances as admissible under rules. They shall have the option to be exercised within one month from the date of this Memorandum, to have their pay fixed as per proviso under FR 22(1)(a)(1) 3. The officials shall report for duty on or before 22.12.2023, failing which it will be presumed that they have declined the promotion offered and they will not be considered for promotion for a period of one year from the date of issue of this Memorandum. 4.
