VIBRATORS AND MORE
Vibrating Tables
For our vibrating tables there are many fields of
application in several industrial branches. Examp-
les: Compaction of concrete elements; fast and eco-
nomic filling and emptying of containers with bulk
goods; deaeration of viscous liquids; sorting and
distributing of bundled tubes or similar elements.
Working procedure: Moulds or containers which either
can stand loosely on the vibrating table or can be faste-
‘ned with clamping devices are vibrated. Air and surplus
liquid disengage out of the vibrated material. If the moulds
or containers stand unfastened on the table the so-called
knocking effect even intensifies this process

‘An unbalanced shaft does create a
circular movement of the table top
‘which vibrates in vertical and horizon-
tal direction
The oscillating vibrator does create
a linear movement of the table top.
The direction of power delivery is infini=
tely variable. Thus a specific transport
effect on the table top is possible.
‘Two unbalanced shafts which operate
synchron and in opposite direction
create a linear movement of the table
top. The result is a vertical directed har-
‘monic motion (oscillation).
‘The vibrating intensity is steplessly adjustable and can.
be varied either at vibrator standstill by changing the
displacement amplitude or while the vibrator is running
by changing the vibrating frequency. Thus the vibrating
intensity can be adjusted to any table load
‘The stepless directional adjustment of the vibratory force
makes a predeterminable transport of the particles within
the bulk good possible.
Besides the standard vibrating frequency of 50 cycles we
can also deliver vibrating tables with a fixed frequency
of approx. 16 2/3 cycles, 25 cycles und 100 cycles. By
means of the static frequency converter one can adjust
vibrating frequencies between 10 cycles and 100 cycles.
