We are required by law to protect the funds we administer; funds include assets such as social housing.
Documents are required to assist us to prevent and detect fraud therefore your application for rehousing
will not be complete unless you provide the documents and information we need to verify your
circumstances. We may need to contact other agencies and professionals in order to do this.

To make an application for housing you do not need to give permission for us to obtain information
from third parties or for us to share your personal data. However, if we cannot verify that you qualify
for rehousing in accordance with the Central Bedfordshire Council’s Housing Allocation Scheme your
application will be incomplete and will not be registered.
