Before me, the undersigned authority, this the ____ of _______________2023, personally came
and appeared Art Kelly, an authorized representative of Seller, AAA, LLC., who declared that for the
sum of six thousand six hundred dollars and 00/100 ($6,600.00), paid IN FULL, ownership of said
vehicle shall be transferred to the Buyer. The Buyer agrees to pay Seller ten equal bi-weekly payments
of five hundred dollars and 00/100 ($500.00) and a final bi-weekly payment of six hundred dollars and
00/100 ($600.00) on the fifteenth (15th) and thirty (30th) of each month beginning November 15, 2023.
An initial payment of one thousand dollars and 00/100 ($1,000.00) was paid on October 23,2023
reducing the balance due to five thousand six hundred dollars and 00/100 ($5,600.00). When Seller
receives final payment, the Seller shall transfer, grant, sell, convey all rights of said vehicle and shall
deliver the title of said vehicle unto Buyer,_____________________________________. The said
