his name is put on high. Make melody to The L-RD, for he has done surpassingly. This is

As said in Exodus 20:7 one shall indeed not take up the name of G-d in a worthless way
but it certainly does not forbid the use of it and second we are in the least adviced to
use it. In Ruth 2:4 it shows the name was also used in ordinary events in a greeting.
Note that it was not used in an wortheless way, it was a heartfelt greeting that was
seriously ment by the people speaking it unlike some other greetings that are tradition
and not heartfelt.
