All types of extra bonuses will not be granted in case of contract breaches such as absenteeism, persistent lateness, disciplinary

‼️ Termination of Employment:
1. Termination By Employee: You may terminate your employment contract or decide not to renew your contract by providing us
with one month (30 days) advance notice in written form. In case of resignation, you must sign your resignation and return any
TP properties (badge, headset…) before leaving.
2. Termination By the Company (Employer): We may terminate your employment with or without notice or pay in lieu of notice
as provided for by Greek Labor Law depending on the type of employment contract.

o Upon filing your application, you will obtain a temporary work and residence permit from the relevant Greek authorities.
This temporary permit will allow you to travel back and forth to your country but not through the Schengen area The
temporary work and residence permit is valid for one year starting from the application date, time during which your
application will be reviewed and assess by the competent authorities in Greece.
o The company is providing free legal support to assist you with the application to the related residence and work permit
(including follow-ups and updates required during the process).
o It will be requested by the Greek authorities to provide biometrics data as part of the application process (finger prints,
digital photo)
The required time for the issuance of the final permit depends solely on the relevant Greek authorities. Based
on our statistics, it usually takes between 4 months and one year.

according to the relevant Greek legislation

📃 ITEMISATIONS
This relocation package is an investment of the Company assisting you to settle in Greece, aiming towards a long-term
employment relationship The Company may issue and make available to you from time to time, detailed itemisations of the
Company’s expenses related to your relocation and any other expenses borne by the Company in that respect. The relocation
package is conditional to the employment relationship and shall you decide to leave at an early stage (within the first three
month), you will need to check out from the hotel immediately and organize your own return. In such cases, any pending
refunds requests will not be processed.
✈️RETURN FLIGHT COSTS - In the event of the employee’s contract not being renewed upon its expiration or if
he/she resigns, the employer does not have any obligation to cover the cost of the return flight ticket.
-In the event that the contract is terminated before its term by the Employer, the employer will cover the return flight cost in
case the contract is ended due to downsizing/overstaffing with no possibility to transfer internally or rehire in a short time
frame (2 weeks). The company will not offer the return flight ticket in case the contract is ended due to:
resignation, termination prior to the initial 12 months;
violation of internal/security rules with or without previous written warning
gross misconduct/inappropriate behavior with or without written warning
absenteeism/lateness issues where the disciplinary procedure was applied and showed no improvements
🏠 ACCOMMODATION - Free accommodation is strictly up to 2 weeks either at a hotel or in a shared apartment, at the
Company’s option. The Company reserves the right to modify, extend or reduce the free accommodation period. After the
initial 2 weeks’ period, you will need to move to a hotel of your choice at your own cost or start paying for the hotel yourself or
pay for the shared apartment in which you will be staying. The Company will support you by providing you the collaborating
real estate agencies which they will help you in order to rent/find your own apartment, by providing you with information
related to the accommodation market in Greece and by being a point of contact during your search process.You should proceed
actively into your own research as well (the Company will pay for or refund the real estate agencies fee).
📨 VISA - For Non-European citizens in order to proceed with the working VISA, the Embassy will request a Medical
Report issued by the public or private sector and a Criminal Record check from the authorities as well as travel insurance, with
a minimum duration of 3 months.
In case the Company pays for you to get a Visa (valid for Greece) and you decide to resign prior to the expiration of your first
contract’s term you must return the cost for your Hellenic Visa (Visa’s fee, insurance etc.).
BANK ACCOUNTS - You will need to open a Greek bank account to receive your monthly salaries and be able to
benefit from the health care system and tax return (when applicable). Note that in Greece the employer decides with which
bank to cooperate for the payment of the salaries.
📑 DOCUMENTATION - In order to be hired, you will need a Greek tax and social security number which - in case you
do not already have them- can only be obtained on the presentation of your birth certificate or your family status
certificate.This means that you will need to bring this document with you. In case you do not have the necessary
documentation with you upon your arrival in Greece, it will not be possible to complete your hiring process. Keep in mind that
it should be issued from the town/country where you were born and that it is necessary that your parents' first and last name
are mentioned on it.
HEALTH
The Company’s Occupational doctor, will request a recent update of your health condition (chronic disease, allergies etc.) as provided
for in article 18 of Labor Law 3850/2010. All Health related information and medical records are confidential and disclosed directly
by the employees to the Occupational Doctor in compliance with existing applicable laws. Records are not disclosed to the Company
and are kept separately from the Company’s records.
Your public health insurance in Greece is fully activated after gathering enough social contributions in the country. If you come from
the European Union it is highly recommended to arrange for the EU Health card or the relevant documents
(https://ec.europa.eu/social/main.jsp?catId=559) issued in your country for coverage within the first four months. For more
information, you may review related information from the website of the European Union:

If you come from outside the European Union, it will be required a private insurance or travel insurance as part of your visa application
process. Our legal support team will advise you accordingly.
When relocating to Greece you should have at least 500€ in order to meet your personal initial expenses until you receive
your first salary plus the amount needed to rent your apartment (1 st rent + deposit). The minimum rent for a flat is on average
€350 plus utilities for a furnished apartment.
Additionally, you need to be able to cover at least a month’s rent upon arrival, plus the deposit, which usually amounts to a
monthly rent, refundable at the end of the contract if the apartment is returned in good condition. Note that for Thessaloniki,
owners are usually asking for 2 months of rent as a deposit. In Athens, owners are typically asking for 2 months of rent in case
you have a pet.
Furnished apartments are not usually equipped with cutlery. You should also bring your own linens.

Καθοδήγηση TP (συνεδρίες με καταγραφή ήχου/εικόνας): Η διοίκηση χρησιμοποιεί την

Health and safety instructions for those working at our premises
Please note that as of 24/12/2021, the use of double mask or high protection mask KN95 is mandatory in
case you use public transport.
Our security personnel will initially verify your details (you should carry your ID/Passport with you) before
your trainer comes to welcome you and show you to your training room.
As of the 1st of May 2022 and as officially announced in the recent governmental
announcement (30-4-2022 Decision Number Δ1α/ΓΠ.οικ.23983 ΦΕΚ Β΄2137).
It is mandatory for employees of the private sector who work from the premises to present one of the
three below certificates:
- A valid certificate of vaccination (after 14 days of completion of the 2nd dose, then valid for 9 months,
unless a 3rd dose has been administered) OR
- A valid certificate of illness from COVID-19 within the last six months (with QR code) OR
· For employees who have an AMKA and Taxisnet credentials already, the certificate needs to be in digital
form taken from gov.gr (instructions for the process are attached).
· For employees who do not have already an AMKA and Taxisnet credentials: they will need to present the
certificate results obtained by the diagnostic centre with their ID / Passport number included in the
certificate.
We would like to inform you that Teleperformance is committed to the safety of all its employees, and
for this reason we remind you that:
-Protective equipment is supplied to employees (masks, hand sanitizers, sanitizing wipes, gloves,
disinfectant spray bottles, and towel wipes).
We also offer weekly Rapid tests with Affidea at the beneficial price of 3 EUR to employees who work from
the premises and need to be tested. The tests take place in the doctor’s office of each site. Our Affidea
partners will be on site every week and their on-site visit schedule is updated on a weekly basis.

Dear Colleague,
Receiving this email means that you have performed all necessary
steps for your hiring and now we need to move on to the application of
your residence permit in the Ministry of Immigration in Greece.
The lawyer in charge of the process will need to obtain the following
documents from you:
If your passport does not mention in Latin characters your town of birth,
we will need your original birth certificate with Apostille
With these documents, the lawyer will complete the application for
your Residence and Work Permit and will follow up your case
throughout your whole employment.
Following the application for the Residence Permit at the Ministry, you
will receive a temporary work and residence permit that allows you to
travel back and forth to your country but not through the Schengen
area.
With the expiration of this temporary permit and if your residence card
has been issued, you will receive it.
It is only then that you will be able to travel through and within the
Schengen zone.
This is necessary for your file to be completed once the Ministry
examines it to issue your Residence Card.
If the residence card has not yet been issued, you will receive a
renewal of your temporary residence and work permit after submitting
the necessary documentation for which you will be notified
accordingly.
Note that the required amount of time to issue the final residence / work
permit depends SOLELY on the related Greek Ministry.
Please note that the residence permit is necessary for your registration
at Public Health insurance and the issuance of your AMKA/AMA
documents. Your AMKA number is required in case you need to visit
public doctors or schedule a COVID-19 vaccination appointment.
