From our last time’s session on Gratitude and Guidance (G&G), the focus was on looking inward
to yourself through examining your own thoughts and feelings and recognizing the things you are
grateful for.
We will thus review the STOPLIGHT exercise from our previous G&G session to see if you have
made any progress since the last time, or if you are still stuck at this point, and be able to determine
how you should proceed from here.

I went through a tough time with my health, and with this, I was not sure If it would be healthy
to cry it out or succumb to it.
