TO THE MASTER AND OWNERS OF M/T “ADELINE”

LETTER OF INDEMNITY

In consideration of your permission given to Mr:Kariem Mahmoud Elsherbiny,

hereunder called the Inspector, to board the M/T “ADELINE” at Sharjah., UAE and
carry out an inspection of the captioned vessel, we hereby agree:

1) To indemnify you, your servants, Charterers, Shippers, Receivers, Agents and

whosoever involved in the Vessel's operation against any and all liability and
responsibilities of any kind whatsoever and howsoever as a result of my boarding.

2) Not to make any claim of any nature whatsoever (including loss of my life and/or
injury to me) and howsoever arising against you, your servants, Charterers,
Shippers, Receivers, Agents and whatsoever involved in the Vessel's operation.

3) To indemnify you and keep you indemnified against any damage, loss, cost or
expenses which you may suffer or incur as a result of any act or default whether
negligent or not on my part.

4) To obey and follow the directions of the Master and/or owners rules and the
regulations of the Vessel throughout the period of my stay on board, and should I
resist or be deemed to resist such directions and/or interfere adversely with the
Vessel's operation and so the Vessel's Master and/or owners have right to remove
me from the Vessel as soon as practically possible.
