IT IS ESSENTIAL TO ALLOW FOR ADEQUATE CLEARANCES THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE STROKE CAPABILITY OF THE UNIT. WARNING! THE ENTIRE FORCE RATING OF THE UNIT CAN BE EXERTED IN ATTEMPTING TO OVERCOME INTERFERENCE RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE UNIT, SURROUNDING MECHANISMS OR STRUCTURE, OR SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY AND DEATH. 1. Remove all obstacles from the intended or potential path of the electric cylinder. 2. Remember most units pivot at the mounting point thus potentially swinging through an arc as it extends to its full design stroke potential. Allow generous clearances for all components through entire movement profile. 3. CAUTION! The entire stroke and movement potential of some units may exceed that actually used. Allow for extreme limits of move potential in all cases. 4. Allow sufficient clearance to prevent the contact of any electrical components including all cabling and wiring. WARNING! Repeated contact can cause abrasion or binding of electrical components resulting in fire, electrical shock, serious personal injury, and death.
