Shareholders/Members Register should state who the current beneficial

Register should state who the current Directors of an entity are on the
documents submitted. Certificate of Incumbency, Authorized
Representative List, monitorship or receivership.

3: Certificate of Incumbency,
The certificate of incumbency confirms the corporate setup of an entity
at any given time and is generated by the management company that set
up the entity.
Required documents are Tax Document (W8 or W9), Source of Funds
Documentation, Source of Wealth, Proof of Address Document.
