GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

WE_____ and ______, British citizens, both of legal age, and residing at ____________-do
hereby appoint, name, and constitute _____, of legal age, married, and with residential address at
_______, Philippines to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact to act in, manage, and conduct all our
affairs and for that purpose in our names and on our behalf to do and execute any or all of the
following acts, deeds, and things, to wit:

1. To exercise administration, general control, and supervision over our real properties or
parcels of land located in the Philippines;

2. To transact business with the Department of Agrarian Reform, Bureau of Internal Revenue,
Registry of Deeds, Local Government Units, and other government offices/agencies relative
to our properties;

3. To make, execute, sign, and deliver contracts, deeds, and other writings upon such terms
and conditions acceptable to our attorney-in-fact;

4. To make, execute, and sign affidavits, letters or other writings necessary to transfer
ownership of any properties in our names;

5. To demand, claim or receive any documents, deeds or other writings in relation to the
foregoing;

6. To accept, receive, or collect any and all sums of money, dividends, legacies, bequests,
interests, and other things of value of whatever nature or kind payable or belonging to us
from any banks, institutions, corporations, government agencies/offices, or third persons;

7. To settle or pay any taxes, fees or charges relative to the aforesaid purpose;

8. To delegate, in whole or in part, any or all of the powers herein granted or conferred, by
means of an instrument in writing, in favor of any third persons whom our said attorney-in-
fact may select;

9. In general, to do all other acts, deeds, matters and things whatsoever, in or about our estate
or properties, either particularly or generally described, as fully and effectually to all intents
and purposes as we could do in our proper persons if personally present.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby certifying and
confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done under these presents.
