Antigen OX-2 Agglutination Seen 1:160
Antigen OX-19 Agglutination Seen 1:80
Result Test is Positive.
Method Slide Agglutination Test.
Comment

2. Diagnostic titer of 1:80 suggess positive reaction.
3. High level of residual antibodies may be seen in normal healthy population or in infections.
4. Sem from endemic typhus agglutinate OX19, OX2.

DENGUE NS1-ANTIGEN ,ANTIBODIES IGM & IGG

TEST RESULT
DENGUE NS1-ANTIGEN
NS1 Antigen Negative
Note :
1. A negative results can occur if the quantity of Dengue virus NS1 antigen present in the specimen is below
the detection limits of the assay, or the antigens that are detected are not present during the stage of disease
in which a sample is collected.
2. A negative test result cannot exclude a recent infection.
3. The presence of detectable Dengue virus NS1 Ag may mean positive for early Dengue infection. As with all
diagnostic tests, all results must be considered with other clinical information available to the physician.
DENGUE ANTIBODIES IGM & IGG
DENGUE IgM ANTIBODIES Negative
DENGUE IgG ANTIBODIES Negative
NOTE:
Limitations: 1. Analysis of single serum sample should not be used as sole criterion for diagnosis
2. In early infection & some secondary infection detectable levels of IgM antibodies may be low. Some patients
may not produce detectable levels of antibody within first seve to ten day after infection. Where symptoms
persist, patients should be retested 3 - 4 days after first specimen.
3. The final diagnosis should be based on test result in conjunction with other clinical & laboratory findings.
Please correlate with clinical conditions.
Method : One Step Qualitative DENGUE ANTIBODIES NS1 IGM & IGG
