Dear Sir,

Under the instructions and on behalf of my client namely

Faisal Naseem son of Muhammad Naseem, R/o Karachi, I have
to sent you this Legal Notice as under:-

1. That my client is law abiding and peace loving citizen of

Islamic Republic of Pakistan and enjoys good reputation
among the society and is owner of House No.F-154,
Khushal Road, Block-2, PECHS, Karachi.

2. That you are tenant of my client in respect of House No.F-

154, Khushal Road, Block-2, PECHS, Karachi, at the rate
of Rs.20,000/- per month excluding utility charges and
you have also paid an amount of Rs.40,000/- as fixed
security deposit to my client, as per Tenancy Agreement
dated 21-05-2020.

3. That you failed to pay the monthly rent within time as well
as failed to pay the utility charges to the concerned
department and committed willful default in payment of
monthly rent and utility charges, and despite of repeated
requests and demands of my client you failed to clear the
arrears of monthly rent and utility charges till date.

4. That the said demise premises is also required for personal

bonafide need and use of my client, therefore you are liable
to vacate the demise premises and handover its peaceful
possession to my client at earliest after clearance of all
outstanding dues/charges.

Hence through this Legal Notice, you are called upon and
advised to pay the arrears of monthly rent and utility charges
and handover the peaceful and vacant possession of the demise
premises to my client within 15 days time after receipt of this
Legal Notice, failing which my client given me the definite
instructions to initiate legal proceedings/filing a Rent Case
against you before competent Court of law at your sole risk as to
cost and consequences, which may please be noted.
