Credit risk analysis aims to take on an acceptable level of risk to
advance the lenders' goals. Goals can include profitability, business
growth, and qualitative factors. Management crafts policies that drive
their business to achieve its goals.

CHAPTER-5
FINDINGS

20
Findings

1. To understand what factors people consider while they take lone from private limited
companies.

Findings- Through the analysis it is clear that private limited companies charges high rate of
interest on specific loan. So most of the people prefer government bank for having the loan
because they charges low rate of interest on there specific lone. But government bank applies
lots of sanction conditions so thats why people have to shift toward private financial institutes
to have lones.

2. To understand customer perception on various factors regarding top banks in INDIA.

Findings-Through the research it was found that customers have different perceptions for
different banks and private institutes for various factors. The maximum customer feels that
ICICI has a good brand name and have good reputation in market. But they are not that
satisfied towards the people as government banks because they provide such a low rate of
interest as the private banks and financial institute cant able to provide there customer.

3. To understand where customer prefer to have lone

Findings-Out of the total target population maximum customers prefer to have lone
from third party the reason might be that these third party agents are easily available
in the area where the consumers re side. Third party agents use to take all headache
of there customer and in last they have sum amount of money from them.

21
CHAPTER-6

5.1.1-Suggestions to have lone from private

institutes
According to the consumer if any person don’t want to fell any type of
inconvenience or any type of problem in there life or any type of disturbance
so they can move towards to private institution of private banks. In private
institutions or private banks they charges high rate of interest as compare to
public bank but there we don’t have to do anything all the formalities have been
done by themselves and there institutions only.

23
5.1.2-Suggestions to have lone from public bank
According to the consumer if any can face problems or can suffer such number of
problem or have pations in them they can move towards public or government
bank in government bank they charges low rate of interest in compare to private
banks but they apply such term and conditions and demands lots of paper from
the customer .

CONCLUSION

24
Through the research it was found that people would like to have
or take lone from private institution or private bank because
every person don’t want to face any kind of trouble in there life.
As compare to government banks private institutions or bank
provide lone in such a short period of time an on other hand
government banks take such a long period of time to provide the
lone to the consumer. Thats why in such era of this time people
use to prefer take lone from private institutions
