Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota (SDSC SHAR), is the Spaceport of India and a `lead Centre of
technological excellence under Indian Space Research Organisation, Department of Space, Govt. of India.

i.पि कोड 41 एिं 43 के वलए, तै नाती का केंद्र एसडीएससी है । पि कोड 42 के वलए ररखियां ऊपर िी गई
िानकारी के अनु सार कई केंद्रों में विभावित हैं । इसवलए, पि कोड 42 के आिेिकों को तैनाती केंद्र के संिभट में
अपने िरीयता क्रम प्रिान करना आिश्यक है । हालााँ वक, चयवनत उम्मीििारों को आिश्यकता पड़ने पर कभी भी
भारत में खस्ित भारतीय अंतररक्ष अनु संधान संगठन / अंतररक्ष विभाग के वकसी भी केंद्र / इकाइयों में तैनात वकया

For Post Code. 41 & 43, the Centre of posting is SDSC. For Post Code.42, the vacancies are
scattered across multiple Centres as indicated above. Therefore, the candidates applying for
Post Code.42 are required to provide their order of preference in the Centre of posting.
However, the selected candidates are liable to be posted in any of the Centres/Units of the
Indian Space Research Organisation / Department of Space situated anywhere in India as and
when required. Upon such posting, they shall have `all India transfer liability’ effective
throughout their service with DoS/ISRO.

6. आवे दन शुल्क का िुगतान: Payment of Application Fee:

प्रत्येक आिेिन के वलए रु. 250/- (केिल िो सौ पचास रुपये) का अप्रवतिे य आिेिन शुल्क है । हालााँ वक, शु रुआत में
सभी उम्मीििारों को प्रवक्रया शु ल्क के रूप में प्रवत आिेिन समान रूप से 750/- रुपये (सात सौ पचास रुपये माि)
का भु गतान करना होगा। वलखखत परीक्षा में उपखस्ित होने िाले उम्मीििारों को प्रवक्रया शु ल्क वनम्नानु सार िावपस वकया
िाएगा: -

 There is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only)
for each application. However, initially all candidates have to uniformly pay Rs.750/- (Rupees
Seven Hundred and Fifty only) per application as Processing fee. The Processing fee will be
refunded to candidates who appear in the written test, as under :-

प्रवक्रया शु ल्क का भु गतान डे वबट काडट /इं टरने ट बैंवकंग के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन वकया िा सकता है । यवि उम्मीििार
ले निे न विफलता के कारण या अन्यिा वनयत वतवि/समय के भीतर शुल्क का भु गतान नहीं कर पाता है , तो िह ऑन-
लाइन आिेिन पंिीकरण बंि होने के अगले विन (यावन, 04.11.2023 को 1700 बिे ) तक शु ल्क का भु गतान
ऑनलाइन भती पोटट ल में उपलब्ध 'भु गतान करें ' विकल्प पर खिक करके कर सकता है । भु गतान का कोई अन्य
तरीका स्वीकायट नहीं होगा। कृपया ध्यान िें वक एसडीएससी शार लं वबत ले निे न या ले निे न विफलता के वलए विम्मेिार
नहीं होगा)।
Processing fee may be paid online through Debit Card/Internet Banking. If the candidate could
not make the payment of fee due to transaction failure or otherwise within the due date/time,
he/she can pay the fee upto the next day of closure of on-line application registration (i.e., 1700
Hrs on 04.11.2023) by clicking ‘Make payment’ option available in the on-line recruitment portal.
No other mode of payment will be acceptable. Please note that SDSC SHAR shall not be
responsible for pending transactions or transaction failure).

प्रवक्रया शु ल्क के प्रवतिे य के वलए उम्मीििारों को अपने बैंक खाते का सही वििरण ििट करना होगा। कृपया ध्यान िें
वक यवि कोई उम्मीििार वलखखत परीक्षा में उपखस्ित नहीं होता है तो प्रवतिे य पर विचार नहीं वकया िाएगा।
Candidates shall enter their Bank Account details correctly for receipt of refund of Processing fee.
Please note that refund will not be considered if a candidate fails to appear for the Written Test.

ऑनलाइन आिेिन के पंिीकरण के बाि, उम्मीििार व्खिगत पंिीकरण पुवष्टकरण फॉमट डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं
विसमें भविष्य के संिभट के वलए उम्मीििार का नाम, पंिीकरण संख्या, विज्ञापन संख्या और पि कोड उखिखखत

After registration of application online, the candidates may download the personalized
registration confirmation form which will contain the name of the candidate, Registration No.,
Advertisement No. and Post Code for future reference.

7. दस्तावे ज़ अपलोड किना: उम्मीििारों को वनम्नवलखखत की स्पष्ट छवियां /स्कैन की गई प्रवत अपलोड करनी
होगी, विसके वबना उनके आिेिन अस्वीकार कर विए िाएं गे।
Uploading of Documents: Candidates are required to upload clear images/ scanned copy
of the following without which their applications will be rejected.

above documents readily available to upload the same).

ध्यान िें : Note:

a) उम्मीििार की पहचान के वलए अपलोड वकया गया फोटो वबल्कुल स्पष्ट होना चावहए। इसी प्रकार,
अपलोड वकए गए हस्ताक्षर स्पष्ट और सुपाठ्य होने चावहए। ऑनलाइन आिेिन में इन आिश्यकताओं
को पूरा न करने पर उम्मीििारी रद्द कर िी िाएगी।
The Photograph uploaded should be very clear to identify the candidate. Similarly,
signature uploaded should be clear and legible. Failure to meet these requirements
in the online application will lead to cancellation of candidature.

b) अपेवक्षत िस्तािेज़ अपलोड वकए वबना प्रस्तु त वकए गए आिेिन अमान्य माने िाएं गे।
Applications submitted without uploading the requisite documents will be treated as
invalid.

c) उम्मीििारों को िब भी बुलाया िाएगा, पि के वलए वनधाट ररत शै क्षवणक योग्यता, िावत प्रमाण पि (यानी
अ.िा./अ.ि.िा.) भू तपूिट सैवनकों के वलए कायटमुखि प्रमाण पि और विव्ां ग उम्मीििारों के वलए

Candidates will have to produce proof of details regarding educational qualification

8. चयन प्रनिया: चयन का तरीका वलखखत परीक्षा और साक्षात्कार होगा। वलखखत परीक्षा इस तरह से आयोवित

 Selection Process : The mode of selection will be Written Test and Interview. The Written
Test will be conducted in such a way that theoretical and practical knowledge of the
candidate is tested covering both the breadth and depth of the prescribed curriculum.
Based on the performance in the Written Test, candidates will be shortlisted for Interview,
generally in 1:5 ratio with a minimum of 10 candidates to the category-wise number of
vacancies. For generation of the final panel, 50% weightage shall be given to written test

Empanelment shall be done in the order of marks (aggregate of Written Test+ Interview Marks),

need basis, will be the age of the candidate (senior candidate will be placed ahead).

Allotment of Examination Centre as opted by a candidate will be strictly subject to
administrative exigencies. In case it is not feasible to accommodate any candidate in the

12. अभ्यनिणयों के नलए सामान्य शतें/ननदे श: General Conditions / Instructions to Candidates:

he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and such other conditions as notified in the

marks or CGPA 6.5/10 for ME/M.Tech/B.Sc course and 65% or CGPA 6.84/10 for
B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc./ Course (average of all semesters for which results are available).

सीिीपीए या प्रवतशत) अं.वि./इसरो के पािता मानिं डों को पूरा करना चावहए। Essential qualification (ie
Post Graduation / Graduation) should have been completed within the stipulated duration
of the course as prescribed by the University. Where a University mentions both CGPA /
CPI and percentage of marks in its Degree Certificate or Consolidated Mark sheet, then at
least one criteria (either CGPA or percentage) should meet DOS/ISRO’s eligibility norms.

v. िहां कोई विश्वविद्यालय अपने वडग्री प्रमाणपि या समे वकत माकटशीट में केिल सीिीपीए/सीपीआई का
उिे ख करता है , तो उखिखखत सीिीपीए/सीपीआई आिश्यक रूप से अं.वि./इसरो के पािता मानिं डों को

Where a University mentions only CGPA / CPI in its Degree Certificate or Consolidated
marksheet, then the CGPA / CPI so mentioned should necessarily meet DOS/ISRO’s
eligibility criteria. Conversion of CGPA / CPI into percentage of marks is not permitted to
determine eligibility, regardless of whether any conversion formula is prescribed by the
University/Institution concerned. The same criteria apply mutatis mutandis in cases where
only percentage of marks is mentioned in the Degree Certificate / Consolidated
marksheet.

vi. ने शनल कररयर सविटसेि (एनसीएस) पोटट ल के तहत पंिीकृत और पािता शतों को पूरा करने िाले उम्मीििार
एसडीएससी शार िेबसाइट पर िा सकते हैं और बताई गई आिेिन प्रवक्रया का पालन कर सकते हैं । The
Candidates registered under National Career Services (NCS) portal and fulfilling the
eligibility conditions may visit SDSC SHAR website and follow the application procedure
as stated.

vii. ऑनलाइन िमा वकए गए अपने आिेिन में विए गए वििरण काप्रमाण अभ्यविट यों को मां गे िाने पर प्रस्तु त
करना होगा। Candidates will have to produce proof of the details furnished in their
applications submitted on-line as and when called for.

viii. उम्मीििारों को आिेिन करते समय यह सुवनवित करना चावहए वक िे पािता मानिं ड और अन्य
आिश्यकताओं को पूरा करते हैं और उनके द्वारा विए गए वििरण सभी मामलों में सही हैं । यवि भती प्रवक्रया

वनयुखि शुरू से ही शू न्य मानी िाएगी। The candidates should ensure while applying that they
fulfil the eligibility criteria and other requirements and that the particulars furnished by them
are correct in all respects. In case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment process that the
candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria and/or does not comply with other
requirements and/or he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has
suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature is liable to be rejected and if appointed,
such appointment shall be liable to be held as null & void ab-initio.

वकया िाएगा। Candidates have to mandatorily submit all relevant original documents, in
proof of details furnished in their online applications at the time of Interview. If any
information furnished on-line is found to be wrong or false, the candidate will not be
allowed for Interview and Travelling allowance will not be paid.

xii. भू तपूिट सैवनक उम्मीििारों को साक्षात्कार के समय कायटमुखि प्रमाणपि विसमें उवचत रूप से पूिट सैवनक

Discharge Certificate duly indicating the Ex-Serviceman status or NOC if not retired, and
equivalency certificate to the Discipline, at the time of Interview.

entertained.

Intimation to the eligible candidates for the written Test/ Interview will be sent only to
registered e-mail ID of the candidate. For this purpose, candidates are required to furnish
their E-mail ID CORRECTLY and COMPULSORILY. Candidates can also download the call
letters from our website http://www.shar.gov.in (or) https://apps.shar.gov.in by entering the
Registration Number and Date of birth. Candidates are advised to regularly check SDSC

xvii. अनापवत्त प्रमाण पि : िो उम्मीििार केंद्र/राज्य सरकार, सािटिवनक क्षे ि के उपक्रमों, स्वायत्त वनकायों आवि के
तहत कायटरत हैं , उिें साक्षात्कार के समय संबंवधत वनयोिा से प्राि अनापवत्त प्रमाण पि िमा करना होगा।
इसके अलािा, िो उम्मीििार ऑनलाइन आिेिन िमा करने के बाि वनयोवित हो िाते हैं , उिें भी साक्षात्कार
के समय वनयोिा से प्राि अनापवत्त प्रमाण पि िमा करना होगा। िो उम्मीििार उपरोिानु सार अनापवत्त प्रमाण
पि िमा करने में विफल रहता है , उसे साक्षात्कार में भाग ले ने की अनु मवत नहीं िी िाएगी और उसकी उम्मीििारी
रद्द कर िी िाएगी।
No Objection Certificate: Candidates who are employed under Central / State Government,
Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous Bodies, etc. have to submit No Objection Certificate
from the Employer concerned at the time of Interview. Further, candidates who get employed
after the submission of online application should also submit No Objection Certificate from
Employer at the
time of Interview. A candidate who fails to submit NOC as above, will not be permitted to
attend the Interview and his/her candidature will be cancelled.

xviii. यात्रा ित्ता: साक्षात्कार के वलए बुलाए गए बाहरी उम्मीििारों को रे लिे/बस वटकट या ई-वटकट का वप्रंट-आउट
प्रस्तु त करने पर, िेब एखिकेशन में विए गए पते से साक्षात्कार के स्िान तक सबसे छोटे मागट से शयनयान श्रे णी
रे ल का वकराया या गैर-एसी बस वकराया, िो भी कम हो, का भु गतान वकया िाएगा । वलखखत परीक्षा में भाग ले ने
के वलए कोई यािा भत्ता नहीं विया िाएगा।
Travelling Allowance: Outstation candidates called for Interview will be paid to and fro
sleeper class Railway Fare or non-AC bus fare, whichever is less; by the shortest route from
the address given in the web application to the place of Interview, on production of
Railway/Bus Ticket or print-out of e-tickets. No Travelling Allowance will be paid for attending
the Written Test.

xix. विव्ां ग (पीडब्ल्यू बीडी) व्खि अपने वलए उपयुि पिों के वलए आिेिन कर सकते हैं , भले ही िे पि उनके वलए
वचखित न हो। हालााँ वक, ऐसे उम्मीििारों पर योग्यता के सामान्य मानकों के आधार पर ऐसे पिों पर चयन के वलए
विचार वकया िाएगा। कम से कम 40% संबंवधत वििां गता से ग्रवसत व्खि ही वनयमों के तहत वनधाट ररत आयु
में छूट के लाभ हे तु पाि होंगे।
Persons with Benchmark Disability (PWBD) can apply for the posts suitable to them even if
the post is not identified for them. However, such candidates will be considered for selection
to such posts by general standard of merit. Persons suffering from not less than 40% of
relevant disability shall alone be eligible for the benefit of age relaxation as permissible under
rules.

xx. विव्ां ग उम्मीििारों को वलखखत परीक्षा के समय (यवि वलखने के वलए/अवतररि समय का विकल्प चुनते हैं ) और

द्वारा विवधित गवठत एक मे वडकल बोडट द्वारा िारी वकया गया हो विसमें कम से कम तीन (03) सिस्य हो विनमें
से एक वििां गता का आकलन करने के वलए क्षे ि विशे ष में विशे षज्ञ हो। Candidates belonging to PWBD
should produce the original Disability Certificate in the prescribed format as given in
Annexure-I at the time of Written Test (if opting for scribe/compensation time) and at the
time of Interview for verification, clearly indicating the percentage of disability, issued by a
Medical Board consisting of at least three (03) members out of which one shall be a specialist

 xxi. विकलां गता की पररभाषाएाँ "विकलां ग व्खियों के अवधकार अवधवनयम, 2016" की अनु सूची में वनविट ष्ट और समय-
समय पर संशोवधत के अनु सार होंगी। इस संबंध में , वनम्नवलखखत पर ध्यान विया िा सकता है The definitions of
Disabilities shall be as specified in the Schedule to the “Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act,
2016” and as amended from time to time. In this regard, the following may be noted :-

सुनने मे समस्या Hard of Hearing: इसका अिट है वक वकसी व्खि के िोनों कानों में बोलने की आिृवत्त में
60 डीबी से 70 डीबी तक सुनने की क्षमता में कमी है । means a person having 60 DB to 70 DB hearing
loss in speech frequencies in both ears.
कम दृनि: Low Vision:
इसका अिट है वक वकसी व्खि के पास वनम्नवलखखत में से कोई भी खस्िवत है
means a person has any of the following conditions namely:
सिोत्तम संभि सुधार के साि बेहतर आं ख में दृश्य तीक्ष्णता 6/18 से अवधक नही या 20/60 से कम 3/60 तक या
10/200 (स्नेलेन) तक होनी चावहए। Visual acuity not exceeding 6/18 or less than 20/60 upto 3/60 or
upto 10/200 (Snellen) in the better eye with best possible corrections; या or
40 वडग्री से कम के कोण को 10 वडग्री तक फैलाि करने िाले दृवष्ट क्षे ि की सीमा। limitation of the field of
vision subtending an angle of less than 40 degree up to 10 degree.
आरक्षण के वलए विकलां गता का मापिं ड: केिल ऐसे व्खि ही सेिाओं/पिों में आरक्षण के वलए पाि होंगे िो कम
से कम 40% संबंवधत वििां गता से पीवड़त हों। Degree of Disability for reservation: Only such persons
would be eligible for reservation in Services/Posts who suffer from not less than 40% of
relevant disability.

xxii. केिल भारतीय नागररकों को ही आिेिन करना होगा। Only Indian Nationals need to apply.

xxiii. वकसी भी रूप में प्रचार करना अयोग्यता का आधार होगी। Canvassing in any form will be a
disqualification.

xxiv. यवि इस भती अवधसूचना के वहं िी संस्करण में वकसी खं ड की व्ाख्या के कारण कोई अस्पष्टता/वििाि उत्पन्न
होता है , तो अंग्रेिी संस्करण में विए गए वनिे श मान्य होंगे। In case an ambiguity/dispute arises on account
of interpretation of any clause in the Hindi version of this Recruitment notification, the
instructions as spelt out in the English version shall prevail.
