Content Manager Prework

Thank you for showing interest in joining TagHive Inc.!

This prework is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills and competencies, and give
you an idea of the work that we do at TagHive. You will need around 3-4 hours to complete all
the tasks.

Instructions:
1. Each task should be in a separate file, named in the following format: ‘TaskNumber -
Name, Role You’re Applying For’ (For example: ‘Task 1 - Aarti Kumar, Fundraising
Manager’)

2. Save all files on Google Drive or OneDrive in a folder, named in the following format:
‘Prework - Name, Role You’re Applying For’ (For example: ‘Prework - Aarti Kumar,
Fundraising Manager) and share the folder link on the same email thread you were sent
the prework on

Ensure that the link permission is set to viewable or editable by anyone the link is shared
with

3. Unless otherwise specified, you may choose the format of your response (presentation
deck, document, Excel sheet, or similar)

Tasks:
1. What learning design theory do you most resonate with? Please share examples of when
you applied this to your work, and share a concept note. Do also mention how you
assess the impact of your learning designs.

2. Assume that you are given the responsibility to oversee the codification of curriculum,
end-to-end content creation (through an external partner), and upload (on an in-house
system) for 3 State Governments in 6 months. How would you plan this process and
what contingencies would you take into consideration?

3. Please go through the content currently on the Class Saathi app (download from here),
and share your feedback (in a document or presentation format) on:
a. The quality of content
b. The structure
c. The difficulty and topic tags
d. The language
