PERSONAL LOAN AGREEMENT

On October 20, 2020, We , Alemar Diana and Bernadette Diana lend Leny Garibay a sum
of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (100,000 Php )in the form of (cash), which is agreed to be repaid in full
by October 20, 2022.

The cash was agreed to be used by the Borrower for over a period of 2 years, starting on October 20,
2020 and ending on October 20, 2022 The interest rate is 0%. However she failed to pay on the said
payment date, the Lender now decide to allow the Borrower to pay it for only 5000 Pesos monthly every
25th of the month until she repaid all of the loan.

Every monthly payment must be made before or on the 25Th of every month. Any late payments will
result in an additional fee of 5% interest of the monthly payment and as a result, each monthly payment
will amount to 5,250 Pesos.
