The following is the description of this amazing rosary as the virgin, her self taught it to Marie
Clare in Kibeho. it may be prayed aloud or contemplated silently alone or with others. The key is for
the prayers, reflections and meditations to always come from the depth of your heart.

I speak from experience when I promise that you will never regrate learning this wonderful rosary
and that you will never loose truck of the countless blessings that praying it will bring into your life.
Its my hope that more people than ever before will learn just how amazing this rosary is.

INTRODUCTORY PRAYER

My God, I offer you this chaplet as sorrows for your greater glory, in honor of your most holy
mother.

I will meditate on her suffering and partake in it. We beseech you through the tears which she shed
at those moments, to grant me and all sinners, to be sorry for our sins.

“Grant to me and to all sinners perfect sorrow for our sins” *3

ACT OF CONTRITION

Oh my God, I am heartly sorry for having offended you, and I detest all my sins, because I dread
the loss of heaven and the pain of hell but most all because they offend you my God you who are all
good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve with the help of your grace to confess my sins, to
do penance, and to amend my life. Amen.

The first sorrow

THE OF SIMEON. (LUKE.2:22:35)

The virgin Mary presents her unique son in the temple and the holy old Simeon Says to her; “look this
child is destined for the fall and raise of many; and for you a sword will pierce your soul too”.
Through these words she experienced life and death of her son Jesus Christ.

PRAYER
Beloved Moher Mary, whose heart suffered beyond bearing because of us teach us to suffer with
you and with love. And to accept all the suffering God deems it necessary to send our way. Let us
suffer and may our suffering be known to God only like yours and that of Jesus. Do not let us show
our sufferings to the world, so it will matter most and will be used to atone for the sins of the world.
You mother who suffered with the savior of the world we offer you our suffering and the suffering
of the world because we are you children. Join those sorrows to your own and to those of the lord
Jesus Christ, then offer them to God the father so that he will know the one who created it. You are
a mother greater than all.

Second sword of sorrow

THE FLIGTH INTO EGYPT (MT.2:13-15)

The virgin Mary is obliged to take to flight the child Jesus in order to save Him from Herod who
wanted to kill him.

PRAYER

Beloved mother who has suffered so much give to us your courageous heart. Give us strength so that
we can be brave like you and accept with love the suffering God sends our way. Help us to also
accept all the suffering we inflict upon our selves and the suffering inflicted upon us by others.
Heavenly mother you alone purify our suffering so that we may give glory to God and save our souls.

The third sorrow

THE LOSS OF THE CHILD JESUS;

The virgin Mary at the pascal feast in the temple lost truck of the child

Jesus and for three entire days in great sorrow looked for him together with St. Joseph

Beloved mother teach us to accept all our suffering because of our sins and to be done for the whole
world.

The Fourth sorrow

MARY MEETS HER SON WEIGHED DOWN BY THE CROSS (LUKE. 23:26-27)

Mary meets Jesus on the way to calvary carrying a heavy cross on which he would be crucified for
our salvation.

PRAYER

Beloved mother so stricken with grief help us to bear our own suffering with courage and love so
that we May relieve your sorrowful heart and that of Jesus. In doing so may we give glory to God
who gave you and Jesus humility. As you suffered teach us to suffer silently and patiently. Grant
unto us the grace of loving God in everything. O mother of sorrow most afflicted of all mothers
have mercy on the sinners of the whole world.

The fifth sorrow.

MARY AT THE FOOT OF THE CROSS. (JOHN.19:25-27)

The virgin Mary was close at the cross and so intensely lived the cruel torment of her dying son.

PRAYER.

Beloved mother queen of all martyrs give us the courage you had in all your sufferings so that we
may unite our sufferings with yours and give glory to God. Help us follow all his commandments and
those of the church so that our lords sacrifice will not be in vain and all sinners in the world will be
saved.

The sixth sorrow

MARY RECIEVES THE LIFELESS BODY OF HER SON.

The virgin Mary experiences the horrible scene during which the heart of her son is pieced with a
lance and later his inanimate body is made to rest on her lap.

PRAYER

We thank you mother Mary for your courage as you stood beneath your dying child to comfort Him
on the cross, as our savior drowned his last breath, you became a wonderful mother to all of us, you
became the blessed mother of all the world, we know that you love us more than our own earthly
parents do. We implore you to be our advocate before the throne of mercy and grace so that we can
truly become your children. We thank you, for Jesus our savior and redeemer and we thank Jesus for
giving you to us, mother.

The seventh sorrow.

MARY ATTENDS JESUS BURIAL. (JN.19:40-42, LK.23:53-56)

The virgin Mary accompanies the most holy body of her son to the tomb and is present as the huge
stone closes the tombs entry.

PRAYER

Most beloved mother whose beauty surpasses that of all mothers, mother of mercy, mother of Jesus
and mother to us all, we are your children and we place all our trust in you. Teach us to see God in all
things and in all situations, even in our sufferings. Help us to understand the importance of
suffering and also to know the purpose of our suffering as God had intended it. You your self was
conceived and born without sin, you were preserved from sin yet you suffered more than any body
else has. You accepted suffering and pain with love and with un surpassed courage. You stood by
your son from the time he was arrested until he died. You suffered along with him, telt every pain
and torment he did. You accomplished the will of God the father and according to his will, you have
become our savior with Jesus. We beg you dear mother, to teach us to do as Jesus did.

Teach us to accept our cross courageously. We trust you most merciful mother, so teach us to
sacrifice for all the sinners in the world. Help us to follow in your sons footsteps and even to be
willing to lay down our lives for others.

Queen of martyrs your heart suffered so much. I beg you by the merits of the tears you shed in

O God, in whose Passion, according to the prophecy of Simeon, a sword of grief pierced through the
most sweet soul of Thy glorious Blessed Virgin Mother Mary: grant that we, who celebrate the
memory of her Seven Sorrows, may obtain the happy effect of Your Passion, Who lives and reigns
world without end. Amen
