impugned order means an order of the Commission comprising

two or more members or of the Appellate Bench of the


Commission against which an appeal is preferred under section
42 of the Act
impugned order means any order which is under challenge
before the Commissioner (Appeals);

Inappropriate material means material that deals with matters


such as sex, cruelty or violence in a manner that is likely to be
injurious to children or incompatible with a school or preschool
environment. Impulsive sound means either a single pressure
peak or a single burst (multiple pressure peaks) that has a
duration of less than one second. Unsafe well or pump installation
means one which produces water which is bacteriologically
contaminated or contaminated with substances which exceed the
drinking water standards of chs. NR 140 or 809, Wisconsin
Administrative Code, or for which a Health Advisory has been
issued by the Department of Natural Resources. Adverse reaction
means an unexpected outcome that threatens the health or safety
of a patient as a result of a medical service, nursing service, or
health-related service provided to the patient. Obscene means
containing a patently offensive description of or a solicitation to
commit an ultimate sex act, including sexual intercourse,
masturbation, cunnilingus, fellatio, or anilingus, or a description of
an excretory function. Remedial Order means any administrative
complaint, direction, order or sanction issued, filed or imposed by
any Governmental Authority pursuant to any Environmental Laws
and includes without limitation, any order requiring any
remediation or clean-up of any Hazardous Substance or requiring
that any Release or any other activity be reduced, modified or
eliminated. Allegation means any written or oral statement or
other indication of possible scientific misconduct made to an
institutional official. Dangerous weapon means any weapon,
device, instrument, material or substance which under the
circumstances in which it is used, attempted to be used or
threatened to be used, is readily capable of causing death or
serious physical injury. Offense means a felony, gross
misdemeanor, or crime of moral turpitude. Airborne radioactive
material means any radioactive material dispersed in the air in the
form of dusts, fumes, particulates, mists, vapors, or gases.
Radioactive material means any solid, liquid, or gas which emits
radiation spontaneously. Material Document Defect As defined in
Section 2.03(a) of this Agreement. Explosive material means any
chemical compound, mixture, or device which produces a
substantial instantaneous release of gas and heat spontaneously
or by contact with sparks or flame. Infringement Claim means a
third party claim alleging that the Equipment manufactured by
Motorola or the Motorola Software directly infringes a United
States patent or copyright. Inedible means any egg of the
following description: black rot, yellow rot, white rot, mixed rot
(addled egg), sour egg, egg with a green white, egg with a stuck
yolk, moldy egg, musty egg, egg showing a blood ring, and an
egg containing any embryo chick (at or beyond the blood ring
stage), and any egg that is adulterated as such term is defined
pursuant to the federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. Material
Litigation is defined in Section 6.7. Serious physical injury means
physical injury which creates a substantial risk of death or which
causes serious and prolonged disfigurement, prolonged
impairment of health, or prolonged loss or impairment of the
function of any bodily member or organ; Radioactive substance
means a substance that emits ionizing Environmental Claim
means any investigation, notice, notice of violation, claim, action,
suit, proceeding, demand, abatement order or other order or
directive (conditional or otherwise), by any Governmental
Authority or any other Person, arising (i) pursuant to or in
connection with any actual or alleged violation of any
Environmental Law; (ii) in connection with any Hazardous Material
or any actual or alleged Hazardous Materials Activity; or (iii) in
connection with any actual or alleged damage, injury, threat or
harm to health, safety, natural resources or the environment. toxic
or "pollutant" substances or as "solid waste" pursuant to the
Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, 49 U.S.C. Section 1801, et
seq., the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C.
Section 6901, et seq., or as "friable asbestos" pursuant to the
Toxic Substances Control Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 2601 et seq. or
any other applicable Hazardous Materials Law, in each case as
such Laws are amended from time to time. Threatened species
means any species which is likely to become an endangered
species within the foreseeable future throughout all or a
significant portion of its range. Remedy a Violation means to
bring the structure or other development into compliance with
State and community floodplain management regulations, or, if
this is not possible, to reduce the impacts of its noncompliance.
Ways that impacts may be reduced include protecting the
structure or other affected development from flood damages,
implementing the enforcement provisions of the ordinance or
otherwise deterring future similar violations, or reducing Federal
financial exposure with regard to the structure or other
development. offence means any act or omission made
punishable by any law for the time being in force; Non-
combustible material means material that neither burns nor gives
off flammable vapours in sufficient quantity for self-ignition when
heated to a temperature of 750°C, this being determined in
accordance with the IMO Fire Test Procedures Code. Any other
material is a combustible material; Asbestos means the
asbestiform varieties of serpentinite (chrysotile), riebeckite
(crocidolite), cummingtonite-grunerite, anthophyllite, and
actinolite-tremolite. Licensed Material means the artistic or
literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor
applied this Public License.

Inappropriate material means material that does not serve an


instructional or educational purpose and that (a) is profane,
vulgar, lewd, obscene, offensive, indecent, sexually explicit, or
threatening; (b) advocates illegal or dangerous acts; (c) causes
disruption to Paulding County School District, its employees or
students; (d) advocates violence; or (e) contains knowingly false,
recklessly false, or defamatory information.
Inappropriate material means material that deals with matters
such as sex, cruelty or violence in a manner that is likely to be
injurious to children or incompatible with a school or preschool
environment. ‘E-crime’ occurs when computers or other electronic
communication equipment/devices (e.g. Internet, mobile phones)
are used to commit an offence, are targeted in an offence, or act
as storage devices in an offence.
Inappropriate material. Includes items of a pornographic nature
(both visual and audio), terrorist material, hate material,
promotion of illegal drug use and any other material deemed
inappropriate.
Inappropriate material means materials including, but not
limited to, any material that is pornographic, sexual or erotic,
obscene, lewd, offensive or harassing, threatening, defamatory,
racially offensive, promoting violence, hatred, abuse or neglect, or
any material which can be reasonably interpreted as offensive or
contravenes the BC Human Rights Code, the Criminal Code or any
other federal or provincial laws. This includes any material that
may bring the reputation of the SPS into disrepute.
Inappropriate material means any content to which access
would be inappropriate in the course of conduct of typical state
business. Examples of Internet sites that fall under this definition
may include, but are not limited to, those that promote the use of
alcohol, tobacco, gambling, illicit drug use and illegal activities;
violence and violent extremist views including acts of extreme
cruelty against animals or persons; full or partial nudity, and
graphic sex.
Inappropriate material means language and material of a type
described in Clause 5.5 below; "Powered by Outblaze Site" means
one or more Sites co-branded by the Co-branding Partner and
Outblaze; and "Site" means a website on the world wide web.
