Hi Colin,

If my memory serves me right,

most of the showers are
gravity fed in the upstairs
bathrooms , if not just hoses
connected to the bathroom
taps.
I’m not sure about the
shower’s downstairs they are
probably Tritons?

This might be something the

electricians can confirm Mick.

Kind regards.

Mike – gents,
I take it this shower is direct-
plumbed – (fed from the
boiler?) … not an electric
Triton or something?

If yes Mike – I’d pass to D&B

Hi Guys,

Please see below – I’ve

previously in this trail listed job
references for this, appears
we’ve still got a problem with
the boiler in Damers Court 3
from before.
Further works were due to take
place but I don’t think anything
has actually happened or a fix
put in place. These are F1
students so they’ll continually
push for this – if you have any
idea then please let me know
so I can pass it on.

Subject: Faulty Boiler
Importance: High
Good Afternoon Alec and Lara

During one of our F1 Mid-Year

reviews this afternoon it has
been brought to our attention
that the boiler in House 3,
Damers Court requires some
urgent attention.

Apparently the boiler cuts out

completely when the shower
has been in use for several
minutes and the water turns
completely cold and has to be
reset. It would appear that this
does not happen when only
the heating is on. It is only
when the shower is turned on.

This has already been

reported by the F1 Doctors
occupying the house, however
apparently the issue has not
been resolved. Please could
something be sorted as soon
as possible.
Many thanks

Anne
