Our company is main supply railway rolling stock and equipment. The TYG oil damper can be widely used in rail transit
vehicles,such as locomotives,passenger cars,turcks,light rails, and subway,etc. it can operate normally in enviroment with
wind,sand,rain,snow,ice,weak acid fog,intensive ultraviolet,sandstorm and drect sunlight(operating temperature:-
45℃~80℃)

Technical characteristics:

Oil damper is a colsed hydraulic system,When there is relative movement caused by vibration between the vehicle bogie
and axle box(or between vehicle body and bogie,or between two vehicle bodies),the damper piston repeatedly pulls and
presses in the inner cylinder,producing high pressure oil inside the inner cylinder for pressing.

The damper adopts airbag two drum structure and mainly includes the following components:rubber joint
assemble,cover assmble,piston rod,outer cylinder nurt,oil seal ring,corrugated oil seal,guide cover,inner cylinder,bottom
valve assmbly,outer cylinder,o-ring,piston assmbly,piston ring, and airbag assmble.

the dampers has the charactersics of overload unloading, automatic protection.
