1. MINIMUM APPLICATION CRITERIA

Viva Holidays and our associated brands, are pleased to welcome new travel agency
partners to our distribution network.

However, to be accepted as a new distribution partner your agency must meet at least one
of the following established trading standards for the Australian retail travel industry.

 Your agency is ATAS accredited. Please provide a copy of the accreditation:

 Your agency is a member of a known retail travel group. Please advise the name of
the retail travel group and your membership type:

OR

 Your agency will provide us with a bank guarantee for $5,000 prior to us providing
you with your login details and an agency code

If your agency is unable to meet one of the 3 criteria listed above we regret we will not be
in a position to process your travel agency application form.

4. Refund & Commission Payments Information

Viva Holidays provides easy options for you to receive your refund and commission payments and will issue weekly electronic
remittance advices for the following:
 Credit card commission payments – ensuring that you receive the majority of these payments within 5 working days of the
booking being fully paid
 Other non-commission refund amounts

Remittance Advices will be sent via email. The Remittance Advices will show you the nature and details of the refund.

5. Terms & Conditions

I. Viva Holidays is under no obligation to verify the above bank details and must be notified of any changes immediately.
II. Viva Holidays will not be responsible for any delays in payment or errors due to factors outside the reasonable control.
III. The customer agrees to repay Viva Holidays on demand for any payments credited to the customer in error and Viva Holidays
reserves the right to offset the amount of any overpayment made in error against any future debit or liability owing by Viva
Holidays to customer.
IV. Viva Holidays will not be liable for any bank fees imposed by the bank for clearance of funds.
