Description
Solution
WARNING: Use the tool as a last resort ONLY! This procedure must not be performed
unless authorized by a DSM or Contact Support Center adviser. If troubleshooting is not
done correctly, it may result in the loss of MFP information and setting data.
IMPORTANT: If the Service Mode or Administrator Mode password has been lost, use the Reset
Tool before board replacement.
a. Format/replace HDD (p/n A2X0M72C00)
b. Replace MFPB

c. Replace SSDB (no part number available). If the SSD board is suspect, replace
it BEFORE using the Reset Tool. Performing the Reset Tool procedure will reset all adjustments,
counters, and set up will need to be performed.
