Doğumla Türk vatandaşı olup da İçişleri Bakanlığı'ndan Türk vatandaşlığından çıkma izni almak suretiyle Türk vatandaşlığını kaybeden adaylar, Türk vatandaşlığını kaybedenlere talepleri halinde verilen mavi kart sahibi olduğunu belgeleyen adaylar ile lise eğitimlerini
yurtdışında görmüş (KKTC hariç) uyruğundan biri T.C olan çift uyruklu ve T.C uyruğunda bulunan adaylar için Öğretmenlik, Ezcacılık, Hukuk, Tıp ve Diş Hekimliği programlarına kayıtta anılan programların kontenjanın %10'unun aşılmaması gerekmektedir. / For applicants
who have expatriated themselves from Turkish citizenship with the permission of the T.R. Ministry of Internal Affairs despite being a Turkish citizen by birth and /or is the holder of the blue card issued for those who prove that they have expatriated themselves from
* Turkish citizenship, and for those who have completed their secondary education (high school) in a foreign country (other than TRNC) and those with dual citizenship one of which is Turkish citizenship, a quota of 10% has been reserved in the programmes of Dentistry,
Pharmacology, Law, Engineering, Teaching and Medicine.
Program kontenjanı dahilinde sıralamaya girenler arasından sadece 1 (bir) kişi yerleştirilir. Sıralamaya girememiş adayların yerine C ve D grubundaki adaylar arasından ve ülke kontenjanı dikkate alınarak yerleştirme işlemi yapılır./ A maximum of 1 applicant from among
those ranking within the quota is placed in the program. In case no applicant is included in the ranking list, placement is made for an applicant from among those in Groups C and D taking the country quota into consideration.
