Registration Procedure flow chart

Before on-campus registration students are required to complete the following formalities: 1. 2. 3. Affidavit by the student (As per UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009). Affidavit by the parent/guardian (As per UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009). Undertaking from the Student and Guardian. (Above three documents are mandatory for all the students. Without these documents they are not allowed to register.) Complete all the online formalities i.e. update personal and academic details, take the printout of challan form, fees submission and take the printout of registration form.

On-campus Registration Step 1


Before going to registration counter students are required to report at Chief Procter counter in Dean (Academic) office building and submit Affidavits (duly signed by students and their parent/guardian) and Undertaking. After submitting both the documents officials of Chief Procter will sign or put the stamp on your registration forms. Note: Without signature or stamp of Chief Procter officials on registration form you will not be allowed to proceed further.

Step 2

After completing the formalities of Chief Procter, report at the registration counter of Dean (Academic) office and complete the registration. Note: Without signature or stamp of Dean (Academic) officials on registration form you will not be allowed to proceed further.

Step 3

All the students who have done their registration, they are required to report to Chief Procter Counter for renewal of their I-Card. Here officials of Chief Procter office will sign or put the stamp on your registration slip for further processing.

Step 4
After Completing the registration formalities all the Hosteller will report at their allotted hostel and get their allotted room after filling the hostel form and depositing draft of mess fee.

Note: 1. All students registering as day scholars (except Part-time (M.Tech./Ph.D.), First year UG, PG and Ph.D. / Faculty) must submit a fee for Swagat ` 200/- in Chief Warden account, A/c No. 5 Vijaya Bank, MNNIT-Allahabad Branch, Allahabad. 2. All PG 1st and 2nd year students (boys), are required to register as day scholar (Except Ph.D. students already residing in PG Hostel). All students registering as day scholar are required to fill and submit day scholar form available at day scholar counter.
