 Minimum Experience for Key Personnel
(Airport Pavement Design Expert and Airport Master Planner)

This has reference to the “Responses to Pre-Bid Queries”, uploaded as an Addendum to the
RFP on 20th December 2023 in the e-tender portal. The RFP reference number cited therein
may please be corrected and read as “KSIDC/TVM/SBG/3574/2023/2382”.

Further, vide response to Sl. No. 3 of the Pre-bid query pertaining to Key Personnel, the
minimum experience specified for Airport Pavement Design Expert, Airport Master Planner,
Hydrology Expert and Geotechnical Expert, in their respective fields, were reduced to 10
years. Accordingly, the Evaluation Criteria for the Key Personnel (Airport Pavement
Design Expert and Airport Master Planner), mentioned in clause 3.1 Sl. No. 4 of the RFP
stands modified as follows;

• Reputation of Institute (NIT/ IIT/ IIM/ Other relevant national
or foreign institutions of repute) – (1 mark)
• Post-Qualification Experience of Min. 10 years – (1 mark)
2 • Designed airport pavements for at least one Code E Airport 5
of minimum 2MPPA – (3 marks)

Any person just meeting the aforesaid minimum sub-criteria will

get 70% marks of that sub-criteria, and those exceeding the
minimum sub-criteria will get the full mark for the respective sub-
criteria.

Airport Master Planner

• Reputation of Institute (NIT/ IIT/ IIM/ Other relevant national
or foreign institutions of repute) – (1 mark)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Airport Master Planning
– (1 mark)
3 • Airport Master Planner for at least one completed and 5
commissioned / under construction CODE E airport of at
least 2 MPPA– (3 marks)
Any person just meeting the aforesaid minimum sub-criteria will
get 70% marks of that sub-criteria, and those exceeding the
minimum sub-criteria will get the full mark for the respective sub-
criteria.
