The Interactive Skew-T can load soundings from text files obtained from the University of Wyoming Upper
Air Data website.
Download the sounding data.
2. Choose options from the drop-down lists at the top, as follows:
Region: Your choice
rype of plot: choose "Text: List"
Year: Your choice
Month: Your choice
html
From/To: Your choice, but "From" and "To" must be the same.
Station Number: Selected when you click on the map
3. Click on a location on the selected regional map. A text file will open in a new window or tab. It will
look something like this:

* You may want to create a new directory on your local system where you will save your sounding
* In the window where the sounding text data is displayed, right click and select "Save As.
* Give the file an appropriate name (ex: CHS_20140306_12), select the newly created local
files.

Plot the sounding.

+ Navigate to the file you just saved in your local directory, click on the de:
"Upload File"
* Your selected skew-t should now be displayed.
