The State Govt. will assign the priority to the work in their Work programme for the year and will commence and complete work on approaches moré or less simultaneously with the completion of bridge portion by Railways. State Gov. is willing to pay the cost of preparation of plans and estimates as per the Indian Railways Code for the abandoned or dropped at a later date under extant rules. The State Govt. will Provide diversion route to road traffic avoiding obstruction to construction work of ROB and temove other obstruction. So, it is requested that the 2 ROBs cited as subject may please be included in the Railway Work Programme 2015-16 for sharing of cost of ROBs on éost sharing basis. ‘The copy of DPR for both the ROBs is also enclosed herewith for necessary action please.
